Features of Facebook

Something I think might be useful? Why is Facebook use as a marketing tool how it is used, is explain in the video. It tells how many feature and goods of Facebook is use for marketing. This can be a part of explaining how the business uses Facebook, about how they do it.


Why is Facebook use as a marketing tool?

What I mention about the previous post, the feature of looking into the users age and personal information. With the new feature of Facebook, we are able to do a lot of think even checking on your costumer information. It is not only for us to communicate anymore but a lot more then that. So what did they gain? Likes? Fame? Or is it something else?

Summary

For the pass few weeks, I have been researching the difference of cultural appropriation and culture exchange and the reason behind which makes people cautious of (in western pop music). The topic that I have pick is question 4 "Compare and contrast how two different communities or social groups use a specific social media platform. Which of the two groups has more to gain and why?"  So what is a social media ? It is a web-based and mobile technologies on smartphones and tablet computers that enable us to create and share content like pictures, information, video, audio. For example some advertisement on the side of Facebook news feed page and the game you play on Facebook there is always on small box on the side or bottom that always come out.  There is always some ads coming from the sidebar of your Facebook page, and it is showing cloths, foods and other stuff to make you purchase. It is part of a marketing strategy. Facebook advertising offers users or consumers the opportunity to interact actively with the adverts on their page allowing them to “like” and “share” and also view who else or which friends liked or shared the same adverts.
